Dear Drop-shipper,

 

We are pleased to announce the launch of our newest feature on b2b.vidaXL.com!

vidaXL’s Drop-shipping team has been working hard to create and improve features that will benefit your Drop-shipping experience, that is why our team has developed a feature that allows you to track your replacement requests. This new function is available on b2b.vidaxl.com and can also be retrieved via API.

 

Get to know the step-by-step procedure by clicking on your preferred tracking method.

Step 1: Request for a replacement from B2B Service ([email protected])

  • Once a replacement has been sent, the Drop-shipper should be able to view the replacement tracking number on b2b.vidaXL.com or through API.

Step 2: Login to your B2B account on b2b.vidaxl.com

Step 3: Click on “Order History”

Step 4: Enter your “Reference Number” or “ID Number”

  •  If the status of your order is marked as “Replaced” this means that the replacement tracking number is available.

Step 5: To view the tracking number of your replacement, click “View”

  • This is only valid when the order’s latest status update is “Replaced”.

Step 6: Once you have performed the necessary steps you will be brought to a page that presents the replacement’s status and tracking number.

Note: Due to system limitations, we will be replacing the field “Shipping Option” to “Replacement’s shipping option”. This is temporary as we plan to separate the two fields in the near future.

Step 1: Request for a replacement from B2B Service ([email protected])

  • Once a replacement has been sent, the Drop-shipper should be able to view the replacement tracking number on b2b.vidaXL.com or through API.

Step 2: Request API access from our B2B team (d[email protected])

Step 3: Connect API with your credentials

Step 4: Select the get option and fill the URL portion with:
https://b2b.vidaxl.com/api_customer/orders?customer_order_reference_eq=xxx

Step 5: Replace XXX with your “Reference Number” or “ID Number”

Step 6: Fill in your account details by making use of your dropshipping email and your API token as the password.

Step 7: Click on “Update Request” then click on “send”.

Step 8: Once you have performed the necessary actions you should receive content that looks similar to the image below.
