Remove Duplicate Orders
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new feature!
vidaXL’s Drop-shipping team has heard your requests and has developed a feature that prevents you from duplicating your orders. Below is a brief explanation of how our system will prevent duplicate orders:
- Drop-shippers have 3 ways to upload their orders (basic order import, bulk order import and API). If the Drop-shipper does not fill in the order reference number, his order will be uploaded according to the previous process. When an order is uploaded one-by-one no changes will be applied.
- If the Drop-shipper fills in an order reference number that already exists within vidaXL’s system, a window will appear before the Drop-shipper’s screen indicating that the order reference number is already in use.
